Rye and I had a great time going with you to help our friend Ethel find a home to buy.  We appreciated the help and encouragement you extended to Ethel.  We also recognized that you were just the right person to meet her needs.  You brought such a positive cheerful attitude to finding a home and you calmly soothed her concerns and worries.  You took time to listen to her.
